Xavier The X-Man's 7th Annual Cruise For The Cause was a huge success thanks to YOU!
 
We had a record number of blood donors and registered bone marrow; we also had a record number of vehicles and spectators. I can’t thank you enough for be a part of this wonderful event.  We raised a good amount of money for the Emilo Nares Foundation (helping kids with cancer) & www.HelpAMotherOut.org .  In these tough economic times, you showed your compassion for helping others and I have nothing but gratitude for you for helping me make this a huge success.

Thanks to all my volunteers & sponsors who gave their time & money to make all this happen.  Please consider them in the future for doing business.  THEY GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY!

Hi Xavier! We are so excited about Saturday. Not only will it be in our own back-yard, but maybe someone there could possible save a child's life... maybe ours. Our 5 yr. old was diagnosed with Leukemia last year. Our "once upon dream" life was violently turned upside down and the nightmare began last April. It's been full of ups and down, good days and bad, and good days that end bad. Our daughter's battle has brought about several bone marrow aspirations and every time, as we anxiously await results, we pray that a match will be available should we need to go down that road to a transplant. I was 6 months pregnant with my son when our daughter was diagnosed. We have banked his cord-blood, but there is only a 30% chance of it being a match. So we know how hard it is to find a match. That's why we are so excited. The match can be one of our neighbors at your car show. Not only a match for our little princess can be found, but for all the little kids already in search of a hero. Thank you for your efforts and wish you all the success that you deserve.

We're taking over the middle of the mall and the huge walk way on the side of the mall. This year makes me more excited than others because not only are we going to have more room for this great event but hopefully more people can participate and donate blood with the easy access of the venue. Remember, you don't need to be into cars to help save a life. We are inviting every one to join us ... Classic cars, Lowriders, Hot Rods, Tuners, Bikes, Customs, SUV's, Trucks and Motorcycles. Happy Summer!

Here is a NEW artist I came a cross thanks to Todd E Todd.  Mayer Hawthorne is on a record label called StoneThrow Records, a label owned and operated by an old friend from college who's the hardest guy to get a hold of.  Maybe be he forgot about me from back in the day digging through the Hip Hop records at the college radio station at 2am in the morning?   Oh well,  he's doing good and it's great to see that.  Hopefully I'll get to peep one of his shows soon  You go Peanut Butter Wolf!  Check the Video below for Mayer's song.  Firme Oldie Feel.  LOVE IT!
